from television (CRT, LCD & Plasma), videos, DVD and camcorders to audio equipment

We operate from four sites:
Halifax
Central Administration, Service Centre, Technical and IT & Communications Departments.
Brighouse
The Brighouse Repair Centre is run by Key Sales. This is the centre for our Reverse Logistics, Bulk Repair and Refurbishment operations.
Spennymoor (County Durham)
Off-site operations including swap-out, collect-repair-return and product replacement. We moved the spares department here at the end of July 2005.
Three Counties (Hereford)
We opened Three Counties branch to provide in-home service for the area. It gained service approval from most of the major manufacturers in under eight months.
