Paperless Service with Full Traceability

We have developed an on-line paperless service using the Internet for effective communications between service partners, customers and staff. Within minutes of receipt, the service job details are available on our web server. Job Updates, spares orders and claims processing are all done through the Internet.

Close integration with our internal software system mean that service transactions are dealt with automatically or semi-automatically. Customers can submit job requests and track service jobs online. All our service partners collect service jobs, provide progress reports, order parts and make claims online. Other facilities include news, articles and a database of common faults.

We have also developed an interface that allows customer systems to post a file containing job details into our system. A job request is raised directly without the need to type details into a web-base form.

Our online service system helps demonstrate to our customers that we are delivering agreed service levels. It also shows that their customers are receiving the right after-sales service.
