Sometimes the right help over the telephone at the right time will minimise customer returns. Not being able
to use a product is not the same as a product not working.
Our Help Desk staff are trained to answer all the common questions. They'll even put customers in touch with experienced technical staff if the problem is tricky to resolve.

The REOC brand from Safeway includes a range of quality DVD, Home Theatre Sytems and Televisions.
Working together with Safeway's web designers, the REOC site was designed to duplicate the look
and feel of the Safeway main web site.
The site includes product descriptions and specifiations, service information, frequently asked questions, hints and tips, online registration and extended warranty. The latest version of the product manuals and quick start guides are also available for viewing or download.
Detailed vsisitor analysis enables us to provid customer usage profiles including most popular pages
and how customers found the site. It also helps us position the site better for optimum search engine ranking.
