How It Works
- We take over your service obligations.
- You add a warranty card in your product's box. This gives the customer our phone number to call for assistance.
- If the product becomes faulty we will repair or replace the product.
- For your protection we insure our risk.
- You can predict your service costs in advance.
Notes
- Our help desk service is included in the price.
- We cannot cover epidemic defects.(See below)
Our Service Cover Schemes are insured by UK Underwriting Ltd.
Epidemic Defect:
- An epidemic defect is a recurring defect due to a single component or components, or due to a definite manufacturing error.
- The epidemic defect rate is typically in the range 2.5% to 7.5%.
- Epidemic defects are not covered by the warranty.
- You should include an epidemic clause in your purchase contact.
